This Spiced Stuffed Pumpkin is a stunning, veggie-friendly supper which is perfect for this month's festivities!

Great for sustaining the little monsters before trick or treating.

 The recipe serves 4 - 6 people.and combines delicious pumpkin with a tasty spiced filling made with mushrooms, pease pudding and brown basmati rice.

Prepare and leave to bake for a few hours in the oven while you get dressed up for the occasion!
