This is the delicious new recipe from our resident chef here at British Corner Shop, Hannah - Devilled Lamb Ribs with Potato and Pea Cakes.'Devilling' is a culinary classic dating back to the 18th century when devilled kidneys could be found on the breakfast menu in fine houses.
The devil sauce has a surprisingly contemporary flavour and is fantastic with lamb as well as chicken and even white fish.
Here the Devilled Lamb Ribs are served with tasty Potato and Pea Cakes. Yummy!
Many of the ingredients are available from the online British supermarket www.britishcornershop.co.uk including Heinz Tomato Ketchup, Lea and Perrins Worcestershire Sauce and Colman's Mustard Powder. True classics!
