New British Recipe - Foolproof Fishcakes

It can sometimes be really tricky to know what to cook during the week when you are short of time. Maybe you need some inspiration? Well look no further...

These Foolproof Fishcakes by British Corner Shop resident chef Hannah could be the answer! They are perfect for a simple midweek supper and are delicious served with some homemade tartare sauce - the recipe includes instructions on how to make the sauce too.

The simple recipe makes 6 fishcakes. You could accompany yours with some salad leaves for a light option, or alternatively some chunky handcut chips if you are really hungry!
